Day 17 - Saturday - 01/08/09

Yassas!!!

Today is Wedding day!!! But first I had to start packing 'cause in two days I'll be leaving... The problem is: there's NO room in my bag!!! So we decided to buy another bag and while Evi and her mom were making their hair and make up I started packing. It was really strange 'cause packing means coming back and I've got some mixed feeling about it. One part of me wants to come back 'cause it's really missing home, on the the other hand, another part of me wants to stay here forever!

Anyway, we got ready and went to the groom's house. Here in Greece the groom's family and friends go to his house and them go together to the church. The same happens with the bride. This wedding was special 'cause it was the only one I knew, we've met 5 years ago when I first came here.

Day 16 - Friday - 31/07/09

Yassas!!! Ti kanete;

Hi guys!!! As most of you already know I'm back to Brazil but I'll complete the posts with the photos from the fantastic 20 days I've spent in Greece!

Coming back in time...

Today Evi finished work earlier and we went to a nearby town called Loutraki. It's a really nice and beautiful town.

First we went to the Hotel Cassino. Cassino's aren't prohibited in Greece and it's one of the biggest in Europe. There I could take a picture next to my two cars: a Ferrari and a Rolls Royce wich I use in formal occasions only... hahahaha...

After that we had a drink by the hotel pool and went for a walk near the beach.

We found the Italian Gelateria that Eftheria had suggested and the ice cream was really great. Evi had a diet one, of course!!!

We walk wall the way till a bar with a nice artificial waterfall.

We went home got ready again and went to Xilokastro to Dimitri's Bachelor's party. It was very good but we had to go home early cause we were really tired and tomorrow we have Weddung number 4!!!

Day 15 - Thursday - 30/07/09

Yassas!!!

After two great days in Hidra we are back in Kiato. Evi had to work early so I decided to take a ride to the beach.

I stayed in Xilokastro and before going to the beach I had a walk along the park. It's really calm apart from the cicadas!!! O.M.G.!!! They're everywhere!!!









Anyway, I stayed on the beach till 2p.m. when Evi picked me up. But didn't feel like going home so I stayed on another beach near her house till 5p.m. and then went home on foot. I thought it was nearer and I had forgotten that we have to go up!!!

Well after 30 minutes walking I managed to get home, have a shower and eat something. I was really tired and decided to take a nap.

At night we went to two really nice bars and chatted till 2a.m...
